This is the thyme of year that
my
STUDIO
becomes very busy!
WHY?
Because
it's
Thyme
to
MAKE THE MAGIC HAPPEN
for
CHRISTMAS
My
Elf HINKLEY
has
arrived
to help me in the
STUDIO
By the way he considers himself a BIG BRUSH!
Let's Paint!
My Pallette

They are
WONDERFUL
to work with!
Main design is transferred
I am now painting the brindle
The brindle is painted with Black Tie
I added the dots on the brindle
with
my
Dazzling Metallic Writer
I completed most of the snow man by using a dry brush technique
The satin finish paints were perfect for this!
Snowman and eyes are done!
Once my snow man faces were dry I painted over them with
my
Glamour Dust Ice Crystal
to
make them
sparkle
I painted
the
stick and ball
with
Black Tie and Shimmering Silver
I cut burlap squares to make the mane
I stitched the squares together then fringed them
I used my glue gun to attach the mane and stick
I also attached a clothespin to the back for hanging
These ornaments are BIG!
When finished they are 12" tall!
Close up of the face
This was such a fun project to work on!!
