Thyme to meet Conrad

Rainy ,windy and cold here today
so it was a great day to stay in and paint!
I usually work on several pieces at a time
right now I'm working on
several large snowmen , Santa's
and
even a moose!

I finished Conrad today
He can also be put on a stake
I added some greens and rusty bells on his hat
a small grapevine wreath
and tied some
homespun around his neck
The Christmas Open House
at
Country Plus
just around the corner
so the brushes continue to fly!
Happy Painting!

  1. Lynn oh Conrad is darling. I love it. I got your email the other night sorry I wasn't able to email you back yet, I will get on there now, but I did tell my mom she was welcome to use the candlesticks that you painted for Thanksgiving, I come over every year and they would be wonderful on the table, I will have to get a picture of it decorated if she'll let me ;0) God bless you; your paintings and creations always turn out wonderfully.

    Blessings,

  4. Another wonderful piece. I need to get my space more organized and get to painting. I still have some of my old books, so I can try a few things this year for presents.

  5. Lynn, your snow people are so delightful..I don't know how you do it, but it's so easy, because the personality shines through, to believe that this Conrad is a real fellow just waiting for a new family and just chomping at the bit to greet all that come to visit! :)

  6. Lynn, thanks for visiting me! I love your work and that Santa in the shape of the moon is to die for! My sister lives in Westboro and the next time I head out that way we will take a trip to that store:-) Yes, a little New England gathering would be perfect wouldn't it! So many of us kindred spirits here:-)
