Thyme for Autum's Bounty

I started to do some indoor fall decorating today.
This is actually a piece I painted several years ago in a class. It is a lazy susan.
Every year when I unwrap it I am reminded of what a very difficult
 and
challenging piece it was for me at the time!
It is a design called
Autumn's Bounty
Pattern by
Gail Anderson
I swore I would never paint a piece of fruit again!
BUT
I did paint fruit again!
This piece is called

 Pumpkin Harvest

It was an original design by
Linda McFadden
modifications to the design were made
 by
Jan Pappazisis
who taught the workshop that I took

Thyme to see what I did with some old windows

These were some old windows from my sisters house.
She gave me at least 20 and they have been sitting in my cellar for a few years now.
My husband kept saying what are you going to do with those?
The bottom window is from a
John Sliney pattern I enlarged
I hope you all take some thyme this weekend
to relax and enjoy
doing something you love to do!

Thyme to see what I just won on E-BAY

I am a great fan of
Terrye French
This wonderful goose pull toy was painted by Terrye French
and
is called Strawberries in the moon.
I have painted so many of Terrye's designs
 but
I am thrilled to finally own something painted and signed by Terry herself!
I hope you LOVE it as much as I do!

How did you spend your thyme relaxing this weekend?

This weekend I re-purposed  an old mirror
to make a frame for the Tooth Wash Remedy Char at
The Pickled Pepper Patch shared with us.
You can find my stain mixture recipe and directions for use under labels.

Soaking in stain mixture

Baking in oven at 250 degrees

Thanks Char! I just love how it came out!

It is in my laundry/bathroom.

I also made this wreath!
